Sweet Celine`s UV Base Coat 15ml is applied as a base and provides a permanent hold of Sweet Celine`s UV ( Diamond or Velvet) Top Coat on the nail wraps.

Ingredients: Acrylates Copolymer, Pentaerythritol tetra(3-mercaptopropionate), 2-Isopropyl Thioxanthone, Trimethylbenzoyl Diphenylphosphine Oxide, Dimethicone
Big 5 free: Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate, Formalde-hyde, Camphor, Formaldehyde resin
Storage: Store at or below 26C (80F). Store in a cool, well-ventilated area away from heat, sparks and open flames.
Handling: Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Do not inhale vapors or mists. Do not heat. Use only with adequate ventilation.
UV Base Coat (for Top Coat)
1. prepare natural nail (clean with alcohol or nail polish remover, push back cuticle and remove from nail plate)
2. apply Sweet Celine`s nail wraps (detailed instructions are here .)
3. For the perfect hold, apply Sweet Celine`s UV Base Coat in a very thin layer on the whole nail. Make sure to coat the tip of the nail with all layers.
Tip:
Apply the base coat to the nail and place it immediately under the LED lamp for 10 seconds for each fingernail before moving on to the next nail. This prevents it from flowing away and helps it stay in place.
5. cure for 60 seconds in the mini LED unit.
6. Apply Sweet Celine`s UV Top Coat (Diamond or Velvet) in a very thin layer on the whole nail. With all layers, coat the tip of the nail well.
Tip:
Apply the UV Top Coat to the nail and place it immediately under the LED lamp for 10 seconds for each fingernail before moving on to the next nail. This prevents it from flowing away and helps it stay in place.
7.cure for 120 seconds in the mini LED nail lamp. (The default time of the mini Led nail lamp is 60 seconds. Press the power button one more time).
