The Nail Wraps have a different color to the ones shown on the site?

What are the nail films made of?

The material of our nail wraps is pressed nail polish. This is what makes our Nail Wrap paper-thin so they perfectly rest on your nails. Sweet Celine`s Nail Wraps consist of a carrier sheet, printed with different colors and designs. Our Nail Wraps are made of recyclable material and are subject to the SGS marking. Sustainability and animal welfare are very important to us, which is why our nail films are produced without animal testing.

How often can I use a set of Nail Wraps?

Every type of set includes different amount of Nail Wraps (16 or 20) in different sizes. You can use a Nail Wrap twice by cutting it in half. So one usually comes with minimum two uses. If you cut the wraps into 2, you cn use the set 4 times. However, a worn nail film cannot be reused.

How long do Sweet Celine`s Nail Wraps last?

Our Nail Wraps last up to two weeks if you seal them with a thin layer of top coat. To free them clean your nails first with acetone-nail polish remover, grease and dirt. We also recommend something to push back the cuticles before, so the film is not accidentally glued over the cuticles. Because in this case, unfortunately, it can come off the nail.

Can I use a nail polish / base coat under my Sweet Celine`s Nail Wrap?

If necessary a strengthening base coat can be used. If you would like gel nails to go back to natural nails - in this case, a base coat for extra protection and the development of the natural nail is very good.

What do I do if one of the pre-cut sizes do not fit me?

That is absolutely no problem! Our Nail Wraps are so thin you can easily trim out excess length if there’s a little too much. A little tip: So you can also make the biggest Nail Wraps, which are intended for toenails, just cut and use them for your fingernails!

How do I remove Sweet Celine`s Nail Wraps?

To remove the Nail Wrap from your fingernail, they simply wipe off with a cotton pad soaked in nail polish remover. Place the pad or cloth on your nail and let it soak in briefly - the film is released and can be removed with the pad or cloth as conventional nail polish. If nail glue residue persists on the nail, then you can remove it with simple nail oil. Please do not pull the film back from the nails, as this can damage the nails.

Once all the steps of the checkout process are passed and you got a confirmation email from us. Note that the specified delivery time is one by mail only after receipt of the shipping confirmation.

Who pays the customs duties for my package?

International Buyers - Import duties, taxes and charges are not in the item price or shipping charges. These fees are charged to the purchaser. Inquire before buying at the customs office of your country, incur the additional costs. Sweet Celine`s is not responsible for any additional fees or customs fees charged by your country to retrieve your package.

For EU Countries : We are using new IOSS system in our shop. With this system the VAT of your country will already be paid in our store (at check out) and there will be no further costs or fees at import.

How long is the delivery time?

We need only 1-2 bussiness days to prepare your order while stockslast. (please see the informatin on the product page)

How can I get a copy of my bill?

You will receive an invoice of your order by mail/post as soon as your payment is received. Please sign up for this purpose from our customer service.

I got a package that does not meet my order. Who can I contact?

We’re sorry if this happens – but we can almost guarantee that it won’t. Just wrote us an email through our contacts and we’ll help sort our your order as soon as possible.

I want to return my order, what should I do?

Note that a refund can only be considered if the products are unopened and unused returned to us. Add our customer service through our contact an email.  Once the return has been received and we have checked this, you get a credit from us.
